Block Milk Ducts

I'm currently 10 weeks postpartum and had been pumping breastmilk for my LO. I keep getting blocked ducts on my right boob and always have to take more lecithin and after a few pumping sessions and massage then it will be cleared. However, this problem just keep coming back every few days even though I'm an undersupply mum. I pump 6 times a day and my daily yield is around 450 to 500ml. Does anyone have the same issues as me? How to resolve it?

my lo is turning 2mths in a weeks time. I'm worried she is not getting enough to drink. sometimes i feed her 130-150ml, depends on how much milk ive defrosted/store in fridge. her pee n poo seems enough. but sometimes she can sleep for 9hrs straight without milk. do i need to wake her to drink milk? sometimes at night i try to latch as well and she will usually latch about min 10mins in total for both breast. idk if I'm overfeeding or not feeding enough

If your baby keep crying because of hunger then maybe she is not fed enough. Look out for such cues.

any tips to get infant to latch on properly? she latches on but i think is not correctly as my nipples will feel abit sore like tugging at nipples only. i only latch at night feeds and bottle feed thru the day.

Disposable nursing pads

Hello mummies, what nursing pads do you recommend? I have tried Avent and Lansinoh, but I find the sides of the pads giving me itch and very uncomfortable. Any of you face the same thing and what helped resolve the discomfort? TIA.

incorrect latch and pumping

my lo is 1mth old and she latches on incorrectly causing me to have discomfort when she is suckling but after breast do feel softer. i also pump but now only pump 80ml is normal? can i use breast shield will it make her latch properlu ?

Maybe is better to visit lactation consultant. Nipple shield is temporary solution only.

Not drinking well

My LO is 1.5mth old. She used to drink EBM 80-90mls over 3hrs. These days, she only taking 60-80mls over 4hrs. Been pee-ing abt 6diapers a day. Wat sld i do to make her drink more.
