How to naturally stop breastmilk?

Hi mummies, I have been exclusively expressing milk for 10 months. How do I reduce my breastmilk naturally? Now I pump 3 times a day, almost 7-8hrs apart, each session about 30mins. Each session produces around 300+ml. Tried one day to reduce to 2 pumps and my breasts hard like stone. Very uncomfortable. I just introduced formula milk and wish to stop pumping. Any recommendation to slowly reducing milk supply?

Exclusively pumping milk

I have started to pump milk exclusively and realised that my nipples are often sore and flaky skin starts to form on the nipples. The skin could be peeled off easily after a shower.... It feels rare and sometimes painful. Any mummies who encounter this? Is it normal? What did you do to soothe the discomfort?

breast milk flow

Hi, I'm a first time mum here, during pumping,I have to use another hand to massage my breast so more milk flows out. If I let go of the hand for massage, it flows slowly, one drop by one drop~~( Using spectre S1, level 12 strength) Is this normal? I just gave birth 5 days ago.

When to freeze breastmilk ?

Hi all, I would like to know the sequence on when should I freeze my breastmilk. Currently, I have excess of 400ml to 500ml of bm per day based on my 2 months LO intake. I will put in fridge fresh for 2 to 4 days. Sometimes it will start to have abit of sour smell after 2 days then I will have to throw it away. Maybe my fridge temp not right previously as I just moved the bm to chiller compartment 2 days ago. So my question is should I freeze my bm every pump or freeze partial portion and the rest put in chiller for next feeding? Also, when should I start using my frozen bm? Is it after I stop pumping bm ? I have been storing my pumped bm in a storage bag and pour for 2 to 3 feedings. Not sure is this the right method or should I store by a fixed quantity (eg 100ml). My LO refuse to latch since day 1 so I can only pump and store for feeding. Appreciate your kind advice. Thank you

Burping of baby

Hi, I have some questions on breastfeeding and burping of baby. I have been directly latching my 6-week old baby. Recently she has been regurgitating milk and has a hard time burping after feeding. I was told that it was gas / wrong posture when breastfeeding and burping. What can I do? I I am wondering if I need to bring her to a paediatrician / tuina.

Any mummies tried lengendairy supplements? Does it help in increasing milk supply? Any side effect? I am eating fenugreek now and now having diarrhoea problem.

I dont know if my LO is full during breastfeeding. Latching was good. Everytime my LO breastfeed she will fall asleep and look very full. But after a few min she want it again and fell sleep. This repeating routine can take almost 2 hrs. After that 2 hrs she still want more milk and cry out loud till she refuse to latch, and i have to give her my bm through bottle. Is this normal? Thanx!
