Bf or pump schedule

I understand that I will need to bf or pump every 3 hours to prevent engorgement and also to encourage bm. Mummies who feed their babies bm for very long, 1 yr or 2 yrs, do you pump every 3 hours for the 1 or 2 yrs period?

Hi mummies, is it possible to just direct latch at night on weekdays and whole day on weekends without pumping at all during weekdays daytime? Thank you loads.

Would like to ask, for those mummies who faced issues with babies latching on, do you still continue to pump? If yes, what happen when you are outside? How do you pump?

Yup, I pump after every latch. It helps regulate the supply. I pump at nursing rooms

Breast feed VS Formula

I’m a new mom of a 14day old baby boy. I’ve been try to breast feed until recently my boy’s appetite became bigger and I can’t catch with my milk flow + my nips are hurting from latching him. Considering to change to formula but not to sure... Please advise? ?

Consult LC to be able to latch him properly. Consider DL first and then TOP up FM for a start until u are able to latch on demand and milk supply is able to catch up. :)

How to increase milk supply?

I am 2 months PP. recently went back to work, and is pumping 3 hourly instead of 2 hourly. However my supply have been dipping gradually. How can I do to increase the supply? I’ve been taking fenugreek and lactation cookies but it doesn’t seem to be working ??

Nursing Mum Travelling Without BB.

Hi, is there any nursing Mum here who has travelled overseas for a period of at least 9 days without baby and still wanna express milk and bring back to sg? How do you transport your stash of milk bags?

Don't think possible. U need to have fridge to store the milk. Cooler bag too
