Left over fresh milk

Hello mummies! I’ve just pumped for my baby but she couldn’t finish my milk. Should I keep it for another hour or discard it right away?

After pump Bm/ or make fm only can keep within an hour. After an hour must discard if cannot finish.

Hi Mummies, I am currently BF for 4m. May I know if I take seafood will be have any affect for baby? Cuz old ppl said if BF take seafood worry baby will get allreagy Can advise me. Thank you

Fish is ok. But do avoid shellfish crabs related seafood if you are worried

Latching Problem

My two week Old Newborn Latches on my wife But Will Stop Suckling After 5 Minutes. She Will Keep Crying (sometimes for as long as 20 mins) Until The she Finally Finds The Right Angle Or Position And Finally Latches Again.And most of the time she will not latch at all until we find the right position or angle for her. This applues sometimes to her bottle too. Is this normal?(edited)

Yes means milk didn’t reach baby. And baby is hungry Do check on latching position , perhaps it was wrong position of latching Can go to YouTube , will guide correct latching position

breastfeeding while at work

Hi working mummies Currently im pumping evy 3 hrs. MyLO is hust few weeks old. I am wondering how can i reduce the number of pumping and yet still prevent engorgement at around 4 months onwards. As i will be going back to work after ML ends. Also night pumping would be a toll after works starts. Hence would like to reduce the number of pumps per day

From every 3hours to 4hrs? I pump once or twice at work now 530am 1130am 330pm(depends on work schedule) 730pm 1130pm

Have been drinking bbt daily. Is it ok if my order is just plain green tea no sugar . Topping usually aloe vera or white pearls. I notice that drinking green tea helps with my breast milk suplly too...

Be wary of caffeine content and sugar (the pearls might contain sugar) perhaps?
