Help! Alcohol and breastfeeding

My mom marinated beef with cooking alcohol for my dinner. I breastfeed my 2 weeks old baby half and hour later after my meal for about 10mins before I realized I shouldn’t. Can anyone tell me if it will be okay for my baby?

My bb is 3weeks old, both latch on and ebm. Sometimes she can drink from 70-90mls per feed with latching in between. Is it normal that she can take 80-90mls and cry for more in 1 hr?

Food to avoid during breastfeeding?

Hi, I am currently on confinement and I would have to eat fish, dishes cooked with some alcohol and drink herbal soup everyday. I have a few concerns of the following: - does the amount of mercury in fish allow me to breastfeed safety? - if the dish is cooked with 1-2 tablespoon of alcohol, how long should I wait before I pump? - does the herbs in the soup affect baby? Thanks

Feeding 1 month old during night

Hello mummies, my 1 month old baby kept falling asleep after drinking about 60ml at night. Usually she will take about 100-110ml during the day. I tried my best to wake her up after she drank the 60ml to finish the remainder 40ml from bottle but she just wouldn’t continue drinking it. Is it ok to let her back to sleep or should I continue to try harder? Thanks in advance (:

Clogged milk ducts

How do you mummies sleep with clogged milk ducts? I always experience it quite often and its so painful to the point that i cannot sleep. It affects my rest and also sleep at night. My mind wont be at ease cus it hurts so bad.
