Hi Mummies! I’ve jaundice baby which has 3 weeks still over > 100 for bilirubin..I would increase my breastmilk not only with food and milk booster cookies but also wanna try blackmores capsules..is it okay to take the blackmores? Thanks mom

Hi mummies, I saw my freezer temp ranges from -15 degree celsius to 7 degree celsius. How long can I keep the frozen breastmilk for? I have frozen packs dated March 20 and wondering if they are already expired? TIA!

They say can up to 6 month in freezer just for bm. But i just kept for 3 month max just to be safe. Don't waste your frozen stash you can give your baby milk bath!

Hi mummies, is hand expression supposed to be painful? I saw a LC today. she told me it’s normal to be painful and to expect bruises.

Yes, it will be painful if you have engorgement issues. You need to use warm compress and massage before doing hand expression. It will take some practice

Hi mummies I suddenly seem tohave a dip in supply for breastfeeding. LO seems not to have enough during MOTN feeds....

May I know what are some quick milk boosters and what worked for you personally? Does coconut water works? I tried to drink lots of water and tried some milk booster foods but yet to discover my booster. Kindly help and share thanks!

Breast milk supply

Hello mummies! I have been expressing milk 5 times per day. Used to be able to pump about 1350ml each day. But somehow supply seems to drop a little despite my routine and consistent schedule. Is this normal? Thank you!

Hi mummy, Refer to your information, your supply of milk is considered high, if your baby is 3 month already, the supply and demand should be just balanced , a little bit drop of volum should not bother you, do not worry. Its normal that volume of breast milk vary sometimes. However if there is a suddenly big drop of milk, it indicates blocked ducts.
