Breastfeeding

I’m using spectra S1+ the pump is working well, but it does not clear my breast effectively. After a 30 - 40 mins pump, I can still hand express a significant amount. Had already massage before and between pumps, make sure ducts are not block and it’s still not working. #advicepls

#1stimemom here. Need help on regards of latching. Just gave birth yesterday. and nurse mention my nipple is short. So every 3 hr i have to do pumping. Apparently just now i try latch my baby on my left boobs, she seems like able to swallow smth but when i try pump is only a little of transparent liquid? then my boob start to be so heavy and im having backaching and soreness now. help. i dont understand it...

My son is turning 3 next year june, and i thought of sending him to childcare but he is still on breastfeeding, he doesn’t want any kind of formula milk not even cow’s milk. I dont pump because my son doesn’t like bottle.I ever try to wean him but he will end up being cranky and moody and i cant bare to see him like that. But so far he eats well.

Currently i am in day 7 postpartum, I tend to discharge small amount blood whenever i end my pumping session. Is it normal? Anyone experience the same?

I just had my c section and my supply not yet kicking in on the 3rd day. Baby not / refused latching well too. What should I do?? #1stimemom

Hi mommies, I gave birth 9 days ago and DL my bb since day 1. My breast gets v hard and firm quickly despite being on a 2-3hr feeding schedule as he has jaundice. I’ll use a haakaa or hand express(breasts feels a bit sore after, idk if I’m overdoing it😕) if I still feel slightly full after feeding but idk how to tell if it’s completely empty?? Idk how soft the breast should be. Is it normal to be engorged so quickly despite being on a 2-3hr feed or is it a early wks pp thing that will go away? #advicepls

Hi mommies, Will using the haakaa be similar to using hand to express bm? I’m getting tired hand expressing after every feed and I don’t want to use the electric pump yet so I tot of the haakaa. Pls advise, TIA!
