Preparing to go back to work

Hi! Currently fully latch breastfeeding my LO during maternity leave. When is the best time to start bottle feeding my LO in preparing myself to be back at work? Any recommended bottles?

a month before you go back to work..we use Hegen but it really depends on individual babies
