I'm actively bf 2 kiddos- 5months and 17months..my right nipple have this one white spot isit normal?

is it hurt? is there any lumps around your breast? if not, you shouldn't be worry. just clean your nipples regularly, you can use VCO and cotton pads.

Advice Please.....

My kids didn't close the freezer door properly where my milk stash are placed and all the milk has just slightly been defrost although they're still slushy. I immediately put the freezer on power freeze. Should be ok right? #advicepls #pleasehelp #breastfeeding

hmm ..i would try to finish up asap in the next few days to have a piece of mind. can use as milk bath etc..

Low milk supply

My breast milk is very low. Like not even 1oz. Only drip2. What can i do about it? Im very sad

u just gave birth sis. ? try skin to skin , eat lactation cookies , drink ,red dates , supplement for more breastmilk . overnight oats

Clear liquid/blood from nipple blister

Hi I’ve some blister on my nipple. And I realised some clear liquid and a bit of blood flew out from the nipples while I pumped milk. Is milk that mixed with the liquid harmful for baby?

Mommies who are sahm, do you directly latch or pump and bottlefeed? Cuz I find it such a hassle to keep pumping and feeding in bottles so I just latch directly.... But I intend to send her to infantcare at 13months so I've started feeding her in bottle.. but some days, I just latch all the way as I haven't wash my pumping parts)bottles etc.. and husb doesn't help with the washing so I've to do everything.. it's really such a ni hassle..

You can keep on latching, latching is the most beneficial for baby. 13 months you can already either switch to fresh milk or if you want to give pumped milk the teachers will be able to give easily, no need to train your baby

menses after child birth

I am a c sect mum and pp3mths. recently my menses came back and it last more than 2weeks. Is any mum experiencing this?

Are u sure it's ur menses and not lochia? I had csect and got bleeding like clots on and off ard 7-10 wks PP. Asked gynae and he said it's locchia. Maybe u want to check with ur gynae.

LO's poop is green color

Hi! Has anyone tried the Legendiary milksg's pump princess? Does it make your LO's poop green? Cos I read the ingredient it mentioned there is vegetable capsule in it, not sure if that's what causing the color change. Thanks!

Took it before! Baby’s poop is normal. But green is also a normal poop colour for babies!
