How to stop breastfeeding to sleep

Baby is 6 months old and i've been latching her to sleep every night even during night wakes. Have not had a restful night as nobody can care for her at night since she'll cry and only wants to be latch. How do I wean this off?

Replace one breastfeeding session a day with solids, ideally a midday feed. After a few days, replace another session, gradually working towards eliminating feedings completely.

Any Breastpump recomment?

I want to buy a breast pump to help relieve the breast pain caused by engorgement, but Spectra is too expensive. Are there any other brands you would recommend?

Can i breastfeed if im consuming polleney ikan haruan(blackfish) herb supplement. Its what normally csection mummies consume to make us recover faster

Hi mummies , can we increase bm at 3momth? Baby have slept thruout almost everyday.

Can red dates help to boost milk? How often shd i pump. I only get 30ml aft pump.

Google Power Pumping. For me, red dates tea does help me to boost milk supply slightly

Hello wondering what do people do with extra frozen breast milk? My freezer doesn’t have much space left.

If you’re in Singapore I would suggest donating to KKH. They are always open to donations for breast milk to feed babies who are warded, especially those in NICU

I am only 22w and my breastmilk are already leaking. This is my second pregnancy but idk what to do because during the previous one i had taken supplements to boost my milk. If i start collecting colostrum would it be too early? How long can i keep it for? #Needadvice

Hello! You can freeze your colostrum and keep it up to 12 months, depending on your freezer type. I usually try to freeze for up to 6 months only. You can reach out for more advice/help from the counsellors in this breastfeeding Facebook group (see attached photo).

Anyone have experience shipping frozen breast milk from KL to SG?

Did my confinement in KL & my supply is all there. Thinking of using FedEx or DHL. Open to suggestions and experience sharing 🙏🙏

You can consider asking in Facebook group (Breastfeeding Mothers’ Support Group (Singapore) (BMSG)). You might be able to get more help there!

Almost Can’t Sleep

Baby is almost 1 month old and nights are SO tough. He wakes up every 2 hours like clockwork and sometimes refuses to go back to sleep unless I hold him. My husband did a lot but still tired. I feel like a zombie at this point 😵. How do you moms manage night wakings? Does it ever get better?

My experience with all my newborns is that they will fell asleep right after breastfeeding. Yours is after feeding he needs to be carried and rocked to sleep is it?
