Lighter menses after giving birth

I experienced lesser blood flow during menses after giving birth. 1st time postpartum the flow is per normal but mths after that it became lesser.. my period is still regular just that from 7 or 8 days now it stopped after 4 or 5 days. Is this normal?

Pregnancy acnes breakout can still go for jamu massage?

Had pregnancy acnes and scars due to scratching. Can I still proceed with jamu massage postnatal? They are all over my body, all the sebums.

At 23weeks and stomach sag..

Im at 23 weeks and i feel my stomach is like lower down ..or sag a bit.. but i am not using any pregnancy support belt or band outside or home.. when out i wear my lulumon tights which helps my back support my belly. But wondering if i should put on the belt or band and which one or brand is recommended..?
