GD test after pregnancy

Hello! It’s been three months plus after pregnancy and was told by my gynae previously to do a GD test again after three months. Must I go back to my gynae for the test or can I go to polyclinic? Cannot seem to find the info when I tried to make an appointment. Also, is it too late to do the test? Now that I done some research, most website said the test is to be done around six weeks when we go for our follow up after labour. However my gynae mentioned three months. Thanks in advance!

That time my gynae scheduled around 2 mths plus i think. He did for me coz he told me since he has to c me and do pap smear as well thus i didnt go back to my endocrine doc 😂 i dun tink late got impact, chances that it could also be more accurate? I m guessing

Drink lots of water/milo/longan red date tea, do power pump and regular pumping every 3hrs or direct latching, fenugreek and lecithin supplements, lactation cookies

Hi mummies, may I check what is the breast pump you would recommend? Shall I buy it before give birth?

I bought before birth but i only buy the flange size after i delivered coz i consulted the lc. S1 is good. I use my baby express be free for now n outside use.

Hello! Does anyone who if there is difference in fee for anesthesiologist? And also how their rostering works? Able to request for a specific one? Thanks!

I believe different anesthesiologist charges differently. Usually you will be given whoever is on duty if you didn’t specifically request any of your choice :) Mine was Chan Shaw Yan ($963.00, after Medisave $316) tbh I don’t even know how he looked like cause I was high on gas 😅
