I have very difficulty to produce breast milk. I produce only 4 oz a day. Almost give up, can anyone give me advice on how to increase quantity?

Hi mummies, I have a blister on my nipple. Its so painful. May I seek your opinion should I see my gynae for medication? Will it heal on its own if I leave it alone? How long will it takes to cure? I full pump and no direct latch. Baby is 6 mths now.
