Any recommendations for reusable breast pads? The ones I bought aren't very absorbent and feel wet against my skin.

You can try Bamboobies washable nursing pad. Bamboobies is soft and has good absorption. However, if you are a mommy with strong letdown, frequent changing of disposable nursing pad may be better and I'll recommend Pigeon! http://www.amazon.com/Bamboobies-Super-Soft-Washable-Nursing/dp/B007D43X82

I use tommee tippee reusable pads. They feel good and dry but I don't really leak much.
