Anyone know what is this ? Im on 3 month postpartum
Anybody know why is this happening? I never encounter this issue before;(
Postpartum urinary incontinence
Anyone encountered the above? PP day 23 and before birth I am able to pee halfway and then hold my urine for a few seconds, but after vaginal birth, I have difficulty controlling my urine. It is so upsetting. . When will this pass? Sigh .. Just a note, when I was in hospital - they had to put me on urine catheter (it was painful and super uncomfy for me) as I couldn't pass urine after giving birth. Till now I still feel the slight pain / uncomfortable feeling when I urine
Storing breast milk in office
Hello! Was wondering if anyone can share how they store breast milk and which bags / cooler they use when they need to pump in office and be able to store it for at least 5 hours? And would you recommend the method you tried? Thank you!
Do all babies need sleep training?
Hello, my daughter is 3.5 months and she wakes up 2-3 times a night to feed. However she falls back to sleep almost immediately each time so I was wondering if she still needs to be sleep trained? As it seems like she is waking up because she is hungry
what to start
my son will be turning 6 months old in 2 months. i was wondering what are the solids i should start introducing him to? whether it’s those puréed food in a jar or soft boiled veg is better? what is the suitable amount of milk should he be drinking once he starts solid as well?
3 months old suddenly drinking less milk
My LO is now 3 months old. Suddenly for the past 1 week. He started drinking lesser breastmilk. He used to be on 130ml per feed and 6 feeds per day. Now he drinks only 90ml to 100ml and only 5 feeds per day. He is feeling ok, otherwise cranky at times. We tried to continue feeding him the remaining after 30mins still he didnt want to. My wife is super stressful now, anyone facing same problem?
Postpartum menses
Hi there, I am 4 months postpartum and I had my normal menses start in December and was normal till January, in February I had my normal menses and 4 days later had light bleeding again for a day, and ever since than here and there I have been having weird discharges with bit of blood. Idk if my body is trying to regulate itself, has anyone went through this?
Any book recommendations
I’m 10 weeks into my first pregnancy. I find myself glued to my screen. Haven’t been feeling brisk enough to get out for a walk or to socialize. I’ve been reading some pregnancy related books. But for a change would like to check if there are any light hearted books other than fictional stories that you found comfort in especially during your pregnancy journey.
LO cannot sleep on her own
Hello! FTM here. Is it normal for LO to keep flexing arms during sleep? LO is currently 2.5 months. We tried to swaddle her but she dislike it so much that she would scream or cry out loud until we remove the swaddle. She is a freestyle sleeper lol .. However if we didnt swaddle her, she would flex her arms around when she is gonna sleep (which she couldn't sleep of course with her arms flexing around) and often needs help (e.g. People to pat her or people to carry her first n then put down onto the bed when in deep sleep) to get to sleep. And again, in the middle of her sleep, her arms would then flex around and she wakes herself up and cry. The only way to make her sleep longer is to put her on our chest. She loves to sleep on our chest but we do not want to make this a habit for her..
Help! My lil one has a block nose that I couldn't clear.
Please kindly share more information about this. My baby girl is 3 months and 11 days and she has a clear situation of blocked nose. I've tried applying saline solution/use a nasal aspirator and went to the PD which gave a medication to add into her milk which honestly I don't see the effect of her nose clearing up at all. Its getting very worrying when she squirms a lot and walk up bursting into tears in the night when she is trying to sleep. Any ode
