Baby measuring big but skinny

Hi. At my recent 13 weeks gynae check, my gynae told me that my baby is measuring one week bigger but looks quite boney. Anyone have any advise on how to fatten bby up?

Hi..I’m currently 13 weeks pregnant. I’m having cough flu and fever. Very bad sore throat. For fever Panadol works. But for the flu and cough. What can I take for the cough and flu? Can we take Loratidine? How about for cough?

Backache/headache

Anybody alrdy starting to have backaches when the bump is not even big/obvious? Now only week13, I can't imagine what it will be like for 3rd tri. Is there any pregnancy safe remdies to it? I can't be having paracetamol everyday for the pain... helpssss... 😭😭

yes it’s normal. there’s unmedicated heat patches you can use

Insomnia Second trimester

Is there any cure for insomnia like pill or anything that I can get? I feel super frustrated that Im having headaches and can't sleep, while I've been out the whole day super tired and yet I can't sleep. Thank you so much #advicepls #firsttimemom #firstbaby

Second trimester insomnia is really tough, especially when your body is exhausted but your mind just won't switch off. I would honestly check with your gynae before trying anything, even supplements like magnesium, because not everything is safe in pregnancy and your doctor can weigh the options properly for you. Some mums find small things help like sleeping with a pillow between the knees, keeping the room cool, or cutting screens earlier in the evening, but if the headaches are adding on top of the poor sleep, that's all the more reason to bring it up at your next appointment rather than wait.

Hi, like to check if it’s fine to use perfume daily? Currently using Dior absolutely blooming. Thanks in advance.

That's fine as long as it is not a harsh chemical product.
