Backache/headache

Anybody alrdy starting to have backaches when the bump is not even big/obvious? Now only week13, I can't imagine what it will be like for 3rd tri. Is there any pregnancy safe remdies to it? I can't be having paracetamol everyday for the pain... helpssss... 😭😭

yes it’s normal. there’s unmedicated heat patches you can use

Insomnia Second trimester

Is there any cure for insomnia like pill or anything that I can get? I feel super frustrated that Im having headaches and can't sleep, while I've been out the whole day super tired and yet I can't sleep. Thank you so much #advicepls #firsttimemom #firstbaby

Is it ok to use perfume daily?

Hi, like to check if it’s fine to use perfume daily? Currently using Dior absolutely blooming. Thanks in advance.

That's fine as long as it is not a harsh chemical product.

Whats the recommended post natal massage? The type, and suggested provider?

It depends on what type of PP Massage you would like to have. For me, I did 7 days massage, binding with customize wrapping, I did "tuam" (in malay) like a hot stone wrap in cloth to put at your tummy and engorge boobs, "pilis" that you put at your forehead, "param" that you put on your body. Traditional herbs drink, turmeric drink. All of the above helps in inner healing, washing down when urinating, detoxing, helping your womb to heal properly too. I get a home based massage aunty. Nowadays I believe there's home based and with package which you can search and see the review.

You should be visiting GP clinic to get treatment, but let them know that you are pregnant so they can prescribe you the right medication.

Can I have water sac but no visible baby at 6 weeks doctor ask me wait 2 weeks to follow up on check up

Hi, yes sometimes it’s too early that baby can’t be seen yet. Here’s my scan at 5 weeks where I have the gestational sac but can’t see babies as well. I’m currently 14.5 weeks and both babies are doing well.

Snacks/ small meals suggestions

What kind of snacks or small meals do you all eat? Im now 8.5 weeks. I get hungry so frequently. Can't be always eating biscuits?

Help pls need some answers!!

Is it normal to have like more den abit brown discharge and abit of thick red blood is it like dirty blood that’s trying to go out?like our period blood in a way but not period just pregnancy?

There shouldn't be any brown discharge or red blood coming out of your vaginal if you are pregnant. You should visit OB&G at KKH to check and have them do ultrasound to ensure you are okay. For me ill be safe and worried then ill be sorry and guilty.
