Backache/headache

Anybody alrdy starting to have backaches when the bump is not even big/obvious? Now only week13, I can't imagine what it will be like for 3rd tri. Is there any pregnancy safe remdies to it? I can't be having paracetamol everyday for the pain... helpssss... 😭😭

me too. carting out a preg pillow hopefully it will work for me. am also wk13 try to slp side way instead of flat

yes it’s normal. there’s unmedicated heat patches you can use
