Third pregnancy..

Hi mummies, I’m currently 30 wks pregnant and this is my third child after 10 years.. Mummies with 3 kids or more, care to share your birth experiences? Thank you!

i have 3..births are all slightly different frm one another la..it gets faster though..1st 17 hrs labour 2nd 14 hrs 3rd 6 hrs..all normal birth..first 2 induced no.3 came naturally

Henna and nail polish before give birth

Hi mums, are we allowed to have henna on our skin and also nail polish and lip tint? The last time i had my nail polish on was 4 years ago before major surgery and i was told to remove them..can't even use lip tint hahaha. I want to look nice a bit lah in labor😝🤭

Henna and nail polish probably not. Consider fake eyelashes and lipsticks/tints instead since the focus will be on the face during photo. Unless you’re like me…. I didn’t have any strength after birth due to the side effects of the epidural. I was busy vomiting away while my gynae was stitching me hahah.. 😂

Infant Care Registration for unborn twins

My wife’s twins edd is in mid oct , how we go about registering interest in infant , I understand that we are required to key in child details (name and nric), we are looking at MFS in Sengkang area primarily. Looking forward to your favourable reply :)

Hello! You should be able to register your child via ECDA website for IFC once your wife hits 7 months in her pregnancy! I just registered my baby late last month and I’m also due in Oct. Once they have a placement, they will inform you :) Hope this helps!

Low Appetite since Trimester 3.

Hi Mummies. I am in Week 30. My appetite has bad since i got into 3rd trimester. No cravings, just sudden loss of interest towards food and eating. Nothing seems to hit my taste even my comfort food in earlier trimester or pre-preg. I will constantly feel hungry and dizzy but the thought of food, makes me nausea. Any advice how to boost up the appetite?

Me too! I love to eat steak but not I can't even finish half of it. The thought of food and heartburn makes me lose my appetite...

How do we ask for HL from doctor? I’m in my 28 weeks but my tummy feels really heavy and the baby kicks way too often. A second time mum but this feels like a new experience for me! Help please!

usually they give only if u have medical issues...depends on gynae

Feeling Empty and sad.

Hello moms to be and mothers. Just wanting to rant. I feel like im going through this pregnancy alone. My husband whenever he is mad, he wont talk to me nor does he think of the baby. I feel so sad and disappointed. Is it just my emotions running or should i ignore it and let him be? Any thoughts? #1stimemom #advicepls #firstbaby #pregnancy

please be strong sister, make du'aa and talk your feelings to your husband or closest kin, you can journal it too just not to bottle it up, stress is not good for Baby. may Allah ease your affairs, Ameen

Anyone has experience with 1st delivery with c-sec while 2nd one with opt for normal delivery?

Greenish discharge but not uti

Hi mummies, anyone got greenish discharge but not uti? Doctor told me it's not uti but he prescribed me antibiotic for precautions. I've been taking it for about 2 weeks now but still having the greenish discharge. It looks like yeast infection but i got yeast infection before and it didn't take so long to go away..this time it's taking too long. Do i have to worry about it? I'm 28 weeks.

hey mummy! im facing the same too! if you think its yeast infection, try eating plain yoghurt, or drink yakult/vitagen and cut down on sugary stuff. i did that and it helps.. 🤗

Hi mummies Ill be going for my babymoon at week 29.. My initial monthly scan was just before I travel however the hospital has rescheduled it again now to after my trip. I would like to have a routine check before my trip to make sure everything is on track. Would private gynae entertain such request? TIA!!

As long as you’re not bothered by paying another consultation fees, yes! 😊
