Medicine for sore throat

When im having a sore throat during trimester one pregnancy what medicine or lozenges can i take?

It’s always better to consult a GP and take a pregnancy safe medication. Do not self medicate and do inform your doctor that you’re pregnant currently.

Hmm I'm not sure of any specific Telegram groups offhand, but you can try searching "Singapore pregnant mummies 2025" on Telegram — there are usually a few active ones depending on your EDD! Also this AsianParent community itself is really helpful leh, lots of mummies here going through the same thing. Congrats on your pregnancy by the way! 🥰

Please help meee what bubble tea from koi and liho i can drink syringe my first trimester

My fav bubble tea drink is honey green tea, 25% sugar, less ice, medium cup will do. Green tea has low caffeine and I try to choose my lower dosage of sugar to prevent pregnancy gestational diabetes, which you need to test during week 24-28. Drink in moderation!

What mushroom can i take

I don’t think there’s any mushrooms you are unable to eat during first trimester? I just eat as per usual in moderation.

Can i do bioma straightening hair treatment during my first trimester?

At your own risk/personal comfort level! However, I would recommend not to do any chemicals treatment during the first trimester! You do not know what are the ingredients used during the hair treatment.

Hi mummy! first trimester for me was mostly just very tired and a bit nauseous, so I think quite normal to feel your body changing a lot. What I usually tell fellow mums is just to watch out for things like spotting or bleeding, strong abdominal pain, or vomiting until you can’t keep any food/water down and those ones better check with doctor early.
