Bloated? Gassy? Full tummy!

So in my 1st trimester, but then, i already ate a full meal, but few hours later i feel bloated and wanted to eat again, but i still feel full. Then i had this gassy thing! My kids and hubby laughing away at my burping and farting. Oh gosh. Now coming to midnight im hungry, i dont want to eat and feel bloated and full again. Any recommendation of meal or fruits that i dont feel this way?

Me too, always suddenly hungry.

Travel to Italy 5m pregnant

Hubby & I booked a 3wks long trip to Italy before knowing we’re pregnant. Will be 5mths pregnant on our trip. Heard there’s a lot of walking involved in Italy.. any mummies have any tips for traveling while pregnant? Worried about the long plane ride too.

I can't advise on tips for mummies since I'm a first time mum. Should be fine travelling in 2nd trimester. Italy indeed has alot of walking and the pavements are commonly cobbled, so it's not as easy to walk like in SG. Might be tiring for 3 wks straight, you might want to consider stopping by another country/city that is more developed and convenient? Like London, Germany, Switzerland

Nausea very bad

Hi my nausea is really bad. I can't even drink water or eat anything. Im throwing out everything. Should I be going to the a&e or isit normal?#firsttimemom #

Maybe try also mummy to avoid food that cause insulin spike, i noticed sugary, starchy food or drink make me immediately sick after 🙏🏻 hope it gets better for you

Hello Mummies. My obygyn prescribed a stemetil and domper for me, I searched in the internet and some articles said that these are not safe for pregnant women. Any one of you currently taking these meds?

Do y have pregnancy nightmares?

I woke up panicking after a nightmare tat someone wants to harm my unborn baby…

Hi mommy. Yes, pregnancy dreams can be very vivid. I experienced it before. You may check with your OB on your next checkup if there is a way to manage it. As I have no idea how to manage it since I have had it a couple of times only and I just chose to be strong and not think of it all the time.

Hello Mums, Just want to ask, has any one of you tried Dr. Pamela Tan of Thomson Medical Centre? How is she as an obgyn?

Hello mommy! She is currently my gynae and I personally think she is very nice, gentle and knowledgeable. She will guide you along if you have any questions. I feel very comfortable with her during my consultation.

Ginseng herbal hair loss treatment

Hi mummies, I'm in my first trimester and am wondering of applying ginseng hair tonic / doing herbal treatment for my hair is it safe? Cause I know consuming is jot recommended. What apply applying?

First time and anxious. Should i wait?

I just went to the polyclinic and have already gotten a referral letter to KKH. Doc asked to wait till next Fri (16 Feb) for KKH to call for appointment date. Doc said I am already at 8 or 9 weeks and able to scan already when I go KKH for appointment and most prolly KKH will set my appointment at first week of March. But I am feeling impatient and anxious. Is it advisable for me to go to a clinic that is able do scanning before my appointment is set at KKH?

You can go to private clinic that's able to do scanning while awaiting for KKH appt to be set. Do take note if under subsidy it will take a long time to have your first appt schedule. However on the other hand you may request KKH to bring forward for any earlier slot if there's possibility.
