Low iron in breastfeeding

Hi mama I was wondering if u can get low iron levels when breastfeeding cause baby sucking all the nutrients from u I’m currently pregnant and I’m alr low iron it’s rlly tiring with all the dizzy and pale skin #firsttimemom #preggymom #worried #advice

only when u do your lab tests then u can say u have low iron levels. might want to to follow up check up with your doctor ask for opinion.

Walking and squatting should help. Make sure when you're walking, you're swaying your hips. You might as well do the duck walk as well~ Praying for safe delivery!~ 🙏🏻

Baby Cot Recommendations

32 weeks + 1 today and we’ve still not decided on a baby cot simply because there’s too many options to choose from. We’re largely contemplating on getting the Getha Togetha Baby cot, because of (1) drawer storage space beneath cot, (2) 3 adjustable heights (3) removable wheels with lock mechanism (4) drop down gate mechanism on one side of the cot (5) convertible into a study desk/day bed/ kid’s sofa Should i reconsider my choice? Do you guys have any other recommendations of baby cots?

i dont really invest in baby cots since will only use for a year. i buy from carousell tho

the usual recommendation is to collect from 36 weeks, for myself I started leaking very early but only started collecting at 37 weeks as I didn't want to risk triggering early labor

yes for some women colostrum comes early in the pregnancy. Just wear some pads to stop leakage showing.
