I'm going to make a post about my progress as of today: Currently 38 weeks + 4 days~ Last checkup at 38w: Still not dilated Dates ✅ (at least 6pcs/day) Raspberry leaf tea ✅ (2x a day, started today) Pineapple juice ✅ (after meals) Labour inducing exercises: 1. https://youtu.be/PmwRWTr4zuk 2. https://youtu.be/pxACsE_bH-Y 3. Walking for 1km everyday (the distance my body can handle) 4. Swimming once a week + stretching in the water We're ready to greet our LO but a bit anxious as well hahaha.
