Lower back pain

Hi mommies there… I am 11 weeks pregent since last 2 days I am having lower back pain.. is it common?

Hi! Im on week 12 and Im feeling it too! Am afraid that its anything concerning as well.

Week 10 day 3 scan

Babies heart beat at 180, what was yours? Seems a bit high.. i drank a coffee while waiting for the doctor, not sure if it affected the results.

As long as your gynae did not flag anything out during your check up, all is good and safe. Don’t worry! Fetus heartbeat tends to be faster. Also, try not to think so much as mental health is important during pregnancy too.

7 weeks pregnant with breast pain

My boobs are very very painful and is it normal ?

I’m 12 weeks+ now my boobs hurts since the day I got pregnant till now.

bump or bloated at Week 12 day 5

I am currently at week 12 day 5, I am feeling my stomach is so bloated. Is that baby bump or bloated ? This is my first pregnancy.

It could be bloated stomach. Did you eat small meals? My gynae suggested having about 5 small meals a day to relief bloated and indigestion issue. Maybe you can give it a try for a week to see if it helps? (:

Bleeding at Week 11 Day 5

I am week 11 and day 5 today, and experienced sudden bleeding, and went to the doctor. So far, everything is good; the baby is still active. Anyone experience the same?

I’ve had sudden bleeding at week 6 and week 9. Doc said it could be due to the expanding of uterus, causing surrounding blood vessels to burst. I was given lots of progesterone medication to support the pregnancy, and asked to bed rest 100% esp during first week of bleeding. So i guess just rest as much as possible!! :D Hope all goes well for you and your little one!

Normal feeling?

I am on my week 10 pregnancy however recently I find that every now and then there is this sharp pain but just a short while near the right abdomen area. Had seen the gynae in week 9ish and everything is fine. I have multiple fibroids and wondering if it's cus my baby is pressing against it.

I don't think it is your baby as the baby is still really small at 10 weeks. Could be round ligament pains since it doesn't last. I had similar experience when I was week 10 too, baby had no issues during follow up check up.

Can eat watermelon

Early pregnancy can eat watermelon?

I heard it’s better not to eat because it’s cooling. For me, I tried to avoid especially during the first trimester.

Centre principal refusing to give a normal chair to sit.

I am a pre school teacher and 8 weeks pregnant. My centre principal is refusing to give me a normal height chair to sit on despite memo from gyne to refrain from sitting on a low chair meant for PG and Nursery 1 children. She is insisting that I have to use the low chair or if not I can take hospitalisation leave or no pay leave till I am fine to sit on the low chair, when she can simply put in the older children class where they use the normal height chair. She claims what if the children comes and hugs me and something happens to me which I feel is not reasonable at all. Because of this I am on my feet whole 9.5hours and cause my calves and feet to swell and painful. Sometimes I causes cramps in my lower abdomen too. What can I do?

Dark brown spot

I have one thick dark brown spot on my panties, 7 weeks pregnant tomorrow. Anything to panic?😭

U should see doctor as soon as possible

hey Ain, it is normal but it is also abnormal if you feel sharp continuous pain like menses cramp!
