6months solid food

Hi mummies . Can give me tips on the schedule between milk and solid food. From morning till night. Thank u mummies 🥰

For 6 months old you can give 2 to 3 times a day of solid food depending your child preference same goes with milk routine. Should you have 3 times day meal, then you can have hours apart from milk and solid food. This is to ensure their digestion process not interrupted with so much intake. You can start with puree/cerealac, etc.

My baby girl just turning 6months. How long is the time gap between solid and milk

I usually give milk then after 45mins~1hour then I give solid.

Hi, my 5m+ baby has started solids since 4m as recommended by dr as she was more interested in food. Now she is rejecting the milk bottle & only drinks about 100ml a day while she eats rice cereal with milk & other solids. Is it healthy & normal? Also she poops 3-5times a day #advicepls

I wouldn’t replace milk with solids for babies below 12m. I would cut off or reduce her solids to get her to drink milk first. 100ml a day is too little. Milk should be their main food below the age of 1.

Check on cda website on eligible pharmacy near your area. You should be able to use your cda card on selected pharmacy under their list.

i'm exclusively breastfeeding my daughter whom is 4½ month old. she rejects bottles, pacifier and most definitely formula milk. my supply is great, she never show signs of hunger or scream because there is no milk while latching. i tried giving breastmilk in bottle she rejects too. my problem is, my mil gave off this comment " then she never drink milk at all?" when my husband told her she rejects bottles and formula. isnt breastmilk, milk?! 😠 what pisses me off is, when i had my son whom is 7 yrs old now i only managed to breastfeed for 4days and switched to formula after cause first time mom, i dont know anything about breastfeeding. she asked me why only 4 days. now with my daughter bfeeding for 4months, she ask why i never give formula? its so frustrating. and my daughter is very chubby, her weight percentile is 80% even doctors n nurses says good for fully breastfeeding and direct latching. i mean, whats up with people? 🙄 sorry just ranting.

Hey mama - I hear you! How fustrating, seems like whatever choice you make you’re going to be judged! I am really glad you decided to give breastfeeding a shot this second time round and you’re persevering with it!

4 month old sleep training

Hi mummies! My baby just turned 4 months old and fully breast fed. She’s still waking up every 2-3h at night just to feed. Anyone tried sleep training at 4 months? Please share your experience :)

I got covid during confinement.how to I do?

My baby is two weeks old. I got covid during the month, I don't know what to do now? And I really worries my new born baby,and my baby start to have abit cough. Have mami got this kind of experience? Can share with me?

I understand that if the baby is less than 3 months old and he or she has Covid, the doctors at the hospital will suggest the baby be admitted to hospital

i think best for babies up to 6 mths..after that baby put on more weight, gives me backache. rather use ergo or tula

Post Partum Depression?

I’m 11 days PP and having a tough time. Struggling with breast-feeding and feeling lousy as a mum whenever my LO cries for more milk even after latching her. Trouble sleeping at night and constantly worrying over every single sound my LO makes. Anyone has been through this before? Any ways to make it better?

do consider expressing breastmilk instead, this way you can monitor intake better, pls do not feel guilty abt not latching, you have tried your best, stay strong!
