How to deal with nausea? Im given the pill but its to be taken at night before bedtime but i usually doze off and forget to take it. Then next morning the bloated and nausea comes, can only count on sour plum. #week7

Maybe u can consider taking it after dinner? Dun need strictly at bedtime. If tt helps for u.

Spotting these 2 days

Had a few episode of spotting 1/2 days and i am 5 weeks pregnant now. Not sure if this is normal, anyone can advise? Thank you!

How do you determine the number of weeks your pregnancy is at? The first day of my last menses was on 4th July. Went to polyclinic last weekend and Doctor told me im at my 6th to 7th week.#pleasehelp

Yup. The doc use LMP to count. U can use flo to help u count too.

b-HCG levels not doubling; should I be concerned?

Hi all, should I be worried if my b-HCG is increasing but not doubling (it was 588 at week 4 and 594 at week 5)? So far, I have no symptoms except fatigue as well as on-and-off sore/full breasts? 🥺

Sharing: Bleeding at week 5

Had bleeding last night. It was like period n I bleed heavily for whole night. Panicking, went A&E in the morning. They did a scan and found some dark shadow beside the pregnancy sac. Suspected blood clots that is causing the bleeding. As I had my weekly jab yesterday and already on high dose of medicine, gynae ask me to monitor at hm. If heavy bleeding again, hv to go back A&E. Fingers crossed. Wish us luck.

Pillow recommendations

Hi mummies! Any pillows to recommend please? I am currently dealing with horrible neck pain that leads to headache and it's been going for a week now. Would love to hear your ideas for a better sleep please. TIA !

I have this problem too. It became better when i slept with a pregnancy pillow. This is the pillow Im using

Early pregnancy symptoms?

Hi everyone. I am currently 5 weeks pregnant. However apart from a missed period and slightly tender nipples I don't have any other symptom. Is this normal?

Hang in there fellow mummy!

Today, I saw a lady and her husband alighted from the train, they stopped for a rest as she was holding a plastic bag and puking. I feel her discomfort and pain, hang in there fellow mummy!

I now hv to standby sour plum n stuff already. It is starting to kick in.

Rum and raisin mooncake

I took rum and raisin mooncake (which contains alcohol) by accident, offered to me by my friends. They are not aware of my pregnancy hence did not see the need to inform in advance. Should I be worried ?

U will be fine. I guess we just hv to be a little careful in future.

6 weeks symptoms

Hi im 6 weeks+ and experiencing a few nausea and sometimes gag although i dont vomit. I cant eat properly and smell food as it just keeps me wanting to gag/vomit. I cant really taste food properly. Anyone else experiencing similar symptoms?

Same here too! Try to take some soda biscuit
