Sleeping positions

Hi mummies, every night I try to sleep on my left side but will unknowingly sleep on my back again. Does anyone sleep on their back as well? Tried turning to my left but is not as comfy as sleeping on my back.. #firsttimemom #advicepls

I'm a back sleeper at 19 weeks. My gynae also said any sleeping position also no problem ☺️

Help me im worry :(

I have hypochromic/microcytic anemia , im currently 5 months pregnant . Any advice to increase my blood . I have 4 months left to give birth , might afraid i risk alot of blood during labour .#firsttimemom #advicepls #help

Pregnancy discharge

I’m experiencing greenish/yellow discharge but it’s not smelly nor itchy and I’m currently 14 weeks. Is this normal?

Is it normal to have sudden cramps at week 19 so bad that can’t sleep?

It’s not very very cramp but the discomfort is making me unable to sleep

Insomnia since pregnancy

Hello! Anyone has remedies for insomnia? I have been having extremely poor sleep since first tri. If you do have pls share with me (eg where for massage, which essential oil etc) thank you!

I'm at 17 weeks oso like u have insomnia since early first tri... I tried so many ways. I tried essential oil (do take note of which oil safe for pregnancy), buying many pillows to build a comfort spot to sleep, do more walking during the day... take milk/honey before sleep... it just don't help. 😔 now I still having it but it seems like getting better (a bit). do take note too early of the pregnancy better not to go for massage. If u found a way I will love to try too. 😁

Period after miscarriage

Period lasted for 3 days only is it ok?

Sorry for your loss Your gynae should have informed you that bleeding should be between 7-14days depending on how far you were at the point of miscarriage. Please check with your gynae on this.

Period after miscarriage

After 2 weeks of bleeding stop of my miscarriage I had sex & the following day I started bleeding, is it my period? And the bleeding has period cramps, could it be my period?

Sorry for your loss. Sometimes the bleeding can be irregular, you thought it stopped but it hasn’t. You can continue monitoring, your gynae should have scheduled an appointment for follow up to make sure everything has flowed out.
