Poo so many times

Hi my baby is going to be 6 months old. Since yesterday she is poo around 4 times. Poo is not watery though. Please advice whether needs to be worried?#pleasehelp #FTM #firsttimemom #firstbaby #firstmom

I am facing the same issue. My 6 months old poo after every feeding. She had it since Tuesday. We visit dr and we got Densitin cream as well as some other medication to mix with water to stop the diarrhea. There was only few reason as to why it happened. Either milk, stomach flu or food transition like cerelac, puree, porridge. No specific diagnosis. As long as she eat and drink milk well, we don't have to be over worry as advice by the doctor.

i’m not sure how to stop my baby from swaddle :( she’s already 5 months and still swaddle when asleep

Consider getting a sleep sack, can get cheap one from SHEIN for a try.

Baby boy always hungry

My 5 month++ old son always seems hungry. I wonder if it’s normal thing for baby boy? I normally feed him every 3 hours, 150 ml. But recently, it went to every 2 hours or sometimes even after one hour of his feeds he will be very fussy. Tried so many things like put him to sleep or etc but doesn’t works. After feeding him milk again, he’s ok. I’m afraid of overfeeding him but so far he doesn’t throw out milk. #firsttimemom

Labels for infant care

Hi mummies, understand that I'm supposed to label LO's bottles for infant care. What about clothes and towels? Do yall label everything individually and how? Not keen to use those ink stamp, as the clothes have to pass down to his cousin few months apart.

Hey! Yes, generally it's good to label clothes and towels too, not just bottles, the teachers handle so many kids' things that mix-ups do happen. Since you want to pass the clothes down, one option I've heard works well is writing the name on the inner tag with a fabric marker, which is low-profile and doesn't damage the garment much. Some mums swear by those waterproof name stamps for fabric, they work on clothes, towels, and even socks, though the trade-off is the stamp impression is harder to remove if you're passing items down later. So honestly it depends on how fussy the cousin's family is about the name showing; for items like towels that won't be handed down, the stamp is really convenient, but for nicer clothes, sticking to the inner tag with a marker might be the safer bet.

Early pregnancy ultrasound

Hello mummies, I not sure am I over worry. My first day of last period is on 13 July 2023 & I tested positive on 7 aug as still just faint line, follow this app by now baby should be 6 weeks plus. 24 Aug I go for my 1st appointment & did ultrasound but only can yolk sac & not clear fetal pole still can’t see the baby. Izzit still early for it to see the baby or app edd is not accurate?

Every numbers you see regardless on the ultrasound scans, online or the apps are just rough gauge, not 100% accurate. If you mentioned 6weeks, sometimes it might still be too early. You should be able to see more clearly at week 8.

How long after c-sec to have another baby?

Any idea how many yrs apart before next c-sec? I hv fibroid remove 7yrs ago without cut open my uterus. But gync says my current baby labour option will be c-sec. Concern of my next baby still require c-sec?

Silent reflux in babies

Hi, any of your little ones facing silent reflux even at 5months? Any tips and advice on how to manage? We try to burp him after every 20-30mls and keep him upright for atleast 20mins after feeding. When does it get better? Feel bad to see my baby suffer :(#advicepls #pleasehelp #firstbaby

Help- LO diarrhoea

My 5mth old baby been having diarrhoea for a week. Poop color is normal - mustard but with white (?) particles( abit like how it looked when she had mix of bm n fm last time) texture seems normal sometimes abit sticky. Most of the time, poop is not alot (like how sometimes poop accidentally come out when fart) but frequency is high. She’s active, no fever , drinking and peeing well so we didn’t consult the doctor yet. Could it be the milk powder? What should I do? 😭 ifc kept rejecting her but I can’t be taking leave anymore….. sigh!!

Hi mum, white particles can sometimes be related to formula but since it’s been going on for a week already, I think better to let PD have a look and advise properly. It’s reassuring that she’s still active, feeding and peeing well, and PD can also help with a memo for IFC if needed.

Newborn tummy ache

My one month old fifteen days newborn have not poop for three days. He cries uncontrollably after feeding and at some point if time. His face will turn red and tummy seems abit hard. He’s on formula milk 90ml every 3 hours. Some friends mentioned that i should increase his feeding, but i am afraid if it will overfeed him. #firstmom #firstbaby

i changed my daughter's formula milk twice. currently giving her kendamil goat milk which helps her with constipation

Hair fall post pregnancy

Hello Mummies! My baby is 5mths+. I’ve been experiencing major hairfall. Is there any solution or recommended shampoo to help ease my worries?😅

Tell me about it. I am having it too. Worse than first pregnancy 🤣 I just cut my hair and spray on hair tonic twice a day.
