Planning to work part time as a retail assistant. Need to stand for 6-8 hours. Is it safe? Read that it can lead to preterm birth/HB pressure. Help mummies!

If you don’t have any complications, go ahead. I was working fnb as full time all the way till before I gave birth. Baby was overdue btw 😂 My suggestion is you can go ahead, just that if gynae suggest to stop then stop.

Heard from my friend that she is good and gentle! Her stitching for natural delivery is also good. But sadly, she can only see patients 30 weeks onwards

Anyone had miscarriage twice? And how long did you try for the 3rd time to have a successful one?

spending pregnancy alone

what do you think about spending your pregnancy journey alone. me and my husband dont stay together and he only comes over during the weekend and back home during weekday as his house is nearer to his workplace. and i dont see myself moving into his house as there is no space and he share the room with his grandma. what should i do?

it will be good to plan your living arrangements for when baby is out too? jiayou!!

EDD changing during each visit

Anyone EDD keep changing each time see gynae? I understand is not accurate so which one should i be looking at? Based on LMP - 03/03/23 First visit- 06/03/23 Second visit - 08/03/23 Currently 13 weeks

usually ur date will confirmed after the detailed scanning.

Appetite or desire to eat

Is it normal to have good appetite during day time and gets easily full (low appetite) towards the night

Baby growth at week 11

Had a scan today at week 11, but baby measuring 9week and 4 days instead. Is it normal? Any tips to boost growth? #firstbaby

We just have to eat in moderation and healthily. Sometimes baby can be small due to inherity of parents that are small built. Need not worry about it, as long as you eat, sufficient vitamins, nutrients thats fine. Also as long as your baby weight is not too light or not meeting the average standard at certain number of weeks.

Which gynae do u see?

if you are gng for private, i recommend looking for 1 near where you stay. cos it is really tiring to be pregnant and to be travelling far just to see a popular gynae. of cos, do your due diligence to read up on the reviews of the gynae you plan to visit.

I feel I become so lazy, I used to walk a lot, but now don't want to move except go to eat. I want to learn something, or reading, but totally lazy to start. If always lazy, later after give birth, how to handle, only me and my husband.

during pregnancy journey, we will feel tired even though we don't do alot. Once baby is out, u will have more energy than ever.
