Breastfeeding While Pregnant

A little stressed out and in a dilemma. Is it true that BF while pregnant can cause a miscarriage? My first LO just turned 1 and I’m expecting my second. I’m only in my first tri. Awfully sleepy. I decided to start formula because my nips feels tender and sore but LO is having a hard time transitioning. She’s been fully breastfed up till a few days ago. How do I go about this journey? It hurts to see her cry for comfort especially during her night wakes and morning naps. She refused the bottle even on other feeding times… help..

best to ask your gynae for advice. there are mummies that breastfeed during pregnancy too so it’s hard for us to advise online. LO will have to get used to bottle eventually if it’s unsafe. get someone else other than you to feed

Gynae recommendations

Hi, I would like to ask if there are any gynae recommendations? I am currently going to see a gynae at thomson medical for my first consultation next week. But was wondering if thomson medical is too exp and if there are any similar options but maybe at a slightly cheaper rate?

I go to Mt E Novena, my consultation last week cost $180 + GST.

Hi! What is the low sugar drink alternative for coffee in the morning? Im 6 weeks now. Is decaff ok?

You can just take coffee without sugar, just milk? Decaf with sugar is still not a low sugar drink. totally different.

normal. it’s not a lot so still normal.

When to drink maternal milk?

I’m 5W4D now, when should I start drinking?

it’s not a must to drink maternal milk. it doesn’t contain as much nutrients as advertised and it contains high amounts of sugar that does not help the pregnancy. best to just stick with prenatal vitamins, it’s sufficient.

Can you take both? My wife is worried as it may overdose her with the vitamins #firsttimedad

please let your wife know that maternity milk has a lot of unnecessary sugar that’s not required for the pregnancy, may increase her weight too. just stick to the vitamins.

It is safe to swimming on your first trimester

when to a waterpark , just don't know if it's safe to take the ride or not ?
