Falling sick during first trimester

I had tonsillitis a few days ago and was given augmentin. Now down with flu and cough after throat recovers. Trying to avoid any other medication except to finish the whole course of antibiotic given. Hoping this will not affect the baby's development during this critical trimester..

Down with flu and cough as well. Went to the doctor and got some pregnancy safe medicine☺️ hope you get well soon!
