Hi everyone! I was 58kg before pregnancy, gain about 6kg in my 1st and 2nd trimester. I'm into week 31 now and i realise this few days, I've been gaining about half a kg each day. Is this normal or am i gaining too much weight?

Any mummies feeling tired and bloated at week 31? I’ve been meeting up more friends lately and felt so tired today plus headache. I also can’t eat much as I feel more bloated than usual. I even had bouts of dizziness last night. Should I stop going out that often now since my bump is bigger and heavier? #advicepls

Hello mummies! I just started today to cut down my food intake and follow the dietician’s advice. However my sugar level results doesn’t go down. Even not below 7 after 2 hours of meal. Can I know… when you started to cut down your food intake did you instantly meet the desired sugar level (at least below 7) or it takes times? Like after 1 week thats the time the sugar become stable and lower. 🥺🥺🥺🥺

Hi mummies, may i seek your advice. Im at my early third triemster and wake up every morning feeling the lightning crotch sensation.. like my groin is swollen and cramped. I have also had a weird lump on the left side of my groin, which occasionally is painful but most of the time is not. It has been around for at least the past 3 weeks and i asked my gynae about it. She just told me that it is due to a strained muscle. Any advice for a FTM? Thanks!

Hello mummies! I just finished my test and I was tested with GD. I’m on my 29 weeks and the baby is already 1.3 kilos. Can I check if anyone of had GD at third trimester, how did you overcome it? What foods did u eat and exercise did u do? I’m very worried on my baby 😢😢😢😢#firstbaby
