Oo naman, totally okay pa yan sa 16 weeks kung walang complications at OK lang sa OB mo! Most pregnancies sail through second trimester without issues, so dami talagang couples na nagco-continue lang normally, just go with what feels comfortable sa'yo and kung okay ang baby sa ultrasound mo. Some moms even say parang mas relaxed kasi walang worry ng contraception haha, pero syempre always communicate with your hubby about what feels good or uncomfortable, at if may spotting or cramping after, best to mention it sa doctor mo next checkup!

I know you’re tired. I know how heavy everything feels right now. You are healing. You deserve peace. You deserve kindness. You deserve the chance to forgive yourself and begin again. This is not the ending. This is a turning point. One day, when the world feels brighter and you hold your baby in your arms, you’ll look back and realize: you were always enough. You are enough. And you are already everything your baby needs. 🌻

Uy, mama, this is beautiful and I can feel how much love you have for your baby already. Listen, what you're feeling, the heaviness, the fear, the self-doubt, those are real and valid, pero I want to gently say: if you're struggling emotionally or having dark thoughts, please talk to your doctor or call a helpline. There's no shame in getting support, especially during pregnancy when hormones and life stuff can get overwhelming. You're doing something incredible by choosing to love your baby and yourself through this. Keep talking to people you trust, keep showing up for yourself the way you're showing up for your little one, that's what matters. You've got this, and you're not alone in this.

Oo naman, maaaring gumamit ng sunscreen habang buntis! Actually, recommended pa yan especially ngayon na summer season at mas malakas ang UV rays. The key lang is to use pregnancy-safe sunscreen, look for mineral-based ones with zinc oxide or titanium dioxide, hindi yung may sketchy chemicals na hindi mo sure. Better safe than sorry, pero para sa specific recommendations based sa iyong skin type at health history, mas better mag-consult ka ng OB mo para peace of mind lang. Congrats sa 18 weeks!

About folic acid.

Around 11 weeks na bago ko nalaman na buntis ako. ’Kala ko stress lang at gerd kaya ako nahihilo at nagsusuka, sobra yung pinayat ko, at halos hindi na rin ako kumakain that time kase lahat ng kinakain ko isinusuka ko lang din, nalaman lang na buntis ako nung na confine ako sa ospital. Possible ba na magkaroon ng problema yung baby ko since hindi ako nakainom ng folic acid during first trimester and nag antibiotic pa ako dahil sa UTI?(I’m not into healthy living din kase, hindi ko naman din alam) Kinakabahan na kase ako since andami kong nakikita sa fb and tiktok sa hindi pag t-take ng folic acid and ferrous sulfate.

Take your folic na po as soon as possible. Pero pa check up ka muna mi pra masure mo na walang problema si baby ❤️ Don't stress yourself

Team December here din ako! Hindi pa kami sure sa gender kasi gusto namin surprise, pero ang husband ko palaging nagsasabi na feeling niya boy dahil sa how active siya lol, babawi naman kami ng pink clothes pag girl Ikaw ba, team boy or team girl ka, o gusto mo talaga na surprise pa rin?
