Hospital Bag

Ang ganda ng organization mo, mama! One thing a few of us wished we had more of is extra underwear, honestly mas marami na lang kunin kasi napakadirty talaga, parang 5-6 pairs na dapat hehe. Also, puwede mo i-add extra maternity pads since ang flow talaga parang sobrang heavy first few days, and some hospitals don't provide enough or you'll want your preferred brand. Ang laki ng help if may nipple cream din just in case, Mama's Choice Nipple Cream is really good and safe for breastfeeding, galing from experience ko at ng kaibigan ko na nagpupush to breastfeed. Excited na lang para sa baby mo, December baby talaga special!

Talaga po bang madalas ng tumigas ung tummy?

Oo, very normal yan sa 37 weeks, mama! Yan na ang Braxton Hicks contractions, parang practice contractions lang ng body mo para sa actual labor, at marami talaga ang nakakaramdam nito especially as you get closer sa due date. A few of us mums noticed na mas madalas sila pagod na pagod tayo or after exercise, so try to rest more and drink plenty of water kasi dehydration can trigger them din. But if ang tightening ay regular na, may pain, or may spotting/discharge, definitely mention it sa OB mo sa next checkup para ma-check kung lahat okay lang!

Effective po ba yung buscopan and primrose? Sino po dito nakapag take nyan tapos ilang araw lang nanganak na?

Hindi ko talaga ma-recommend yung ganitong approach, mama, mas safe talaga na kausapin mo muna ang OB mo about anything na plan mong i-take para ma-ensure na okay lang for you and baby! A few of us moms na kilala ko, nag-try ng various things kasi excited na mag-deliver, pero ang truth is walang guaranteed timeline talaga, at ang iba naman nag-experience ng side effects na hindi expectation. Better safe than sorry with pregnancy, lalo na ganitong malapit na sa due date, basta consult with your doctor para alam mo talaga kung ano ang best move para sa iyo. Rooting for you and your baby!

Hi! Ask ko lang po, normal lang po ba na minsan malikot si baby tapos parang nasisipa nya ung sa pinaka ilalim ng puson malapit po sa pwerta tapos parang maiihi ka? Minsan parang umaabot na sya malapit sa ari ko. Hehe ang likot po kasi ng baby ko.

Mama, back pain alone ay hindi guaranteed sign ng labor pa, kaya huwag mag-worry masyado! 37 weeks ka pa lang kaya possible pa yan just from the extra weight and how baby's sitting, pero since first time mo ito, best talaga to check with your OB para sure kung normal lang or may kontrasyon na, maraming moms din sa group ko na nag-experience ng back pain the whole third trimester tapos tumagal pa ng ilang linggo bago manganak.

Mga sis para saan po ba yung primrose at buscopan? 37 weeks nako, niresitahan ako kanina ng primrose at buscopan.. pero hindi pa ako na I.E ng midwife..

Tumotunog ang chan na parang gutom

Bakit po kaya tumotunog ang chan na parang gutom kahit hindi naman ako gutom. Sino po nakaranas tulad ko? 36weeks preggy na ako..

Aw, yan talaga ang normal sa pregnancy especially ngayon na malapit ka na mag-deliver, ang stomach sounds ay tumaas because of hormones at how your digestive system slows down, so gas at movement ay mas naririnig mo lang super loud kahit wala kang gutom talaga! A few of us mums experienced the same thing around third trimester, at nag-disappear na after we gave birth, so don't worry, it's just your body preparing for labor na.
