Hello! May nkapag try na po dito magpa brazillian wax while preggy? Underarm or private part po sna. I used to have it nung hndi pa ako preggy, hndi pa sumasagot OB ko if ok lng. Any experience here po?

Backpain 1st trimester

Hi mommies! How do you deal with back pain po?

Aw mama, first trimester back pain is real, I had it too kaya I totally get it! The best thing that helped me was proper posture (yun ang mahirap lagi hehe) and wearing a pregnancy support belt, plus stretching gently every morning, pero honestly the safest route is to check with your OB na para makasiguro kung normal lang ito or may kailangan i-address. A few of us moms also swear by prenatal massage or just asking our partners for shoulder rubs, sobrang sulit!

Backpain and paninigas ng tiyan

Hi mga mommies! 7 weeks pregnant po ako and sumasakit likod ko and minsan prang naninigas tyan ko usually kapag mtgal nakaupo or mtgal na lakad. Pero nwwla naman po if naiipahnga. Wla naman po ako spotting/bleeding. May same experience po ba and how do you deal with it po?

Pregnancy Anxiety

Hello mommies! Ask lang how do you cope up with pregnancy anxiety?’m 5 months pregnant and will have our gender reveal on Sunday. Hindi ko mapigilan magisip ng “what if’s”. I know hindi maiiwasan na magisip tayo about our pregnancy, we just want everything to be fine. Kayo paano niyo ihandle ang fears niyo?

I prayed really hard mommy. Since I had high risk pregnancy, I was put on bedrest for almost 3 months and hindi talaga maiwasan na mag isip ng kung anu ano. Also, communicate with your partner, or with your friends and family... anyone you are comfortable to share your apprehensions so they will know and they can help you too. 😊

I’m 18 weeks today pero hirap na hirap ako mtulog. Makakatulog tapos magigising at hindi na mkakatulog ulit. I’m a working Mom and super hirap ng hindi mkasleep sa gabi. I tried changing my sleeping position pero hirap talaga. May same experience po ba?

Hello mommies! 18 weeks already and ako lang ba yung napapraning kasi prang chill lang yung 2nd trimester. Unlike 1st trimester na dami nararamdaman, ngayon chill lang and somehow nkaka praning if ok ba si baby or what. Haha. All I know is malaki na baby bump ko and matigas bandang puson at bandang tiyan na part. Kayo din ba?

yes mi 2nd tri and pinaka chill and feel na feel ang pregnancy.. if nasa 22 weeks na si bany nasa may bandang pusod na sya.

Hyperpigmentation

Hi mommies, meron na po ba here na nag sstart na mag darken mga underarms or ibang singit singitan? I’m 18 weeks and medyo nag darken na underarms ko. Visible siya agad kasi hndi naman maitim underarm ko eversince. I know this is normal due to pregnancy hyperpigmentation, just wondering if there is any safe creams or products para dito po? Thank you!

you can use any safe moisturizer like shea lotion
