Nanganak po ako noong August 10 2025 then 1yr and 2 months pa 3 months na Ngayon Nov 10 ang baby ko .Pero wala parin akong regla Kaya nag pt ako in person malinaw sya positive sobrang sakit Ng balakang ko eh . Para din ako mag Kaka regla Pero Hindi Naman. Tapos pang apat na pt ko negative na. October 18 positive October 19 negative October 20 positive October 28 negative Hindi pa ako nag ppt ulit eh

Aw, kaya mo yan, mama! Ganyan talaga ang lutong-bahay ng breastfeeding, ang prolactin hormone na responsable sa milk production mo ay umaapekto talaga sa cycle mo, kaya delayed or super irregular ang regla. Since almost 3 months pa lang after birth at breastfeeding ka pa rin, it's actually pretty normal na wala ka pang period, or na mag-fluctuate ang PT results mo like that (positive, then negative, then positive ulit), nakakalito, alam ko. Ang balakang mo though, siguro yan hormonal din or muscle strain from carrying baby, pero worth checking with your OB para ma-rule out other stuff, especially since nag-vary ang PT mo ng ganyan. Maraming mums I know nag-regular lang cycle nila after 4-6 months ng breastfeeding, iba naman after 1 year, so talagang may timing na per person. Ang best move mo ngayon is retest ulit after 2-3 weeks kung hindi pa dumating period, or just go straight to your doctor para clear na ang picture, mas safe at makakatulog ka ng mahimbing!

Uy, this is such a great idea talaga! The Birth Club is honestly a lifesaver kasi you get to talk to mums who are literally in the same boat as you, walang judging, lahat nag-eexperience ng same things around the same time, so super relatable ang advice. I joined mine when I was pregnant with my second and sobrang helpful talaga having people who understand the exact week you're in, from weird symptoms hanggang excited moments!
