Brownish discharge 9 weeks pregnant?

Ano po ito mga mii??

Ay, mama, kahit konti lang ang brownish discharge, kailangan mo talaga makipag-ugnayan sa OB mo agad o pumunta sa clinic para ma-check properly, hindi dapat mag-assume lalo na ngayon na 9 weeks ka na. I know nakaka-alala, pero yan talaga ang safe route, ha. A few of my mum friends din nag-experience ng similar, pero lahat sila sinabi ng doctors nila na kailangan ng ultrasound at proper assessment lang, kaya please don't wait na, go see your doctor today if possible, or tomorrow morning at latest. Nandito kami para sa emotional support, pero ang medical check, yan talaga ang priority mo right now, mama. Take care!

Hello mga mamsh,parang stress nako

2cm na ako kahapon ng 9:00 am Saturday gang ngayon wala padin ako nararamdaman Oct 9 due date ko.

Hi mamsh! Ay, I totally understand the worry, waiting past your due date is SO stressful, talaga. Please contact your OB or go to the hospital right now to get checked, ha? It's important they monitor baby and make sure everything is okay since you're already past your due date. A few of us mums have been in that same situation, at honestly ang pinakamahusay na gawin is to let your doctor guide you, they'll know exactly what's best for you and baby. Ano po sabin nyo mga mommies?

Ano po sabon nyo pampawala ng itim itim ang itim kasi ngayon ng leeg ko at kili kili 😩😩😩

Anak, yan talaga ang struggle ng marami sa atin especially pagbubuntis at after! A few of us moms tried different soaps pero honestly, ang real game-changer ay consistent exfoliating (gentle lang!) with a good moisturizer kasi yung dark areas usually need moisture more than anything. One of my friends swears by using sunscreen din sa neck at underarms kahit nasa bahay lang, and parang nag-lighten siya talaga after a few months. Alam mo naman, skin care consistency lang talaga ang kailangan, hindi overnight magic, pero worth it!

Same situation........

Hello po. Ask ko lang baka may OB po dto o mommy na same ng situation ko. 30f, 1son at 3yrs old na. 3yrs na rin po ako breastfeeding. Irregular po mens ko. Tas ito na pinakamahaba na wla akon dalaw. Last december pa ung regla ko tpos ngaun aug22 at dinatnan ako. As in super konti lng. Hanggan kinabukasan gnun din konti lng ung dugo. D nga ako nkapagnapkin. So 2days lang. Usually pg may dalaw ako 7days yon. Ngayon medyo ngwworry nko kc nga matagal ako d nadatnan. D din ako pa nkapgpacheck up kc wala pako pang pacheck up. May same situation po ba ako dto?? O ano po sa tingin nyo?? Salamat po. PLEASE RESPECT MY POST.

Ay nak, na-relate ko talaga, three years ng breastfeeding pa lang din, kaya ang irregular period mo ay very common pa rin talaga, lalo na if your son is still nursing frequently. Pero honestly, eight months without a period then super tipid na flow is worth checking with your OB para ma-ease ang mind mo, a few of my mom friends din nag-worry about the same thing and after checkup, lahat naman okay pero at least na-confirm na, so makatulog kayo ng mahimbing. It could be the extended breastfeeding, hormonal changes, or something else, pero mas better safe than sorry talaga, lalo na if it's so different from your usual cycle. Don't stress too much muna, go book that appointment and let your doctor put your mind at rest.

hi! may nakapagtravel na po ba dito 8 weeks preggy? need po ba med cert? going thailand sana.

Hi mama! Yes, maraming preggy friends ko na nag-travel around that time, pero honestly kailangan mo talaga mag-consult muna sa OB mo para sure, bawat pregnancy is different at may conditions na mas risky for flying, plus may requirements yung airlines at basta safe lang kayo both. Most airlines do ask for medical clearance around 8 weeks onwards, so better to get that cert from your doctor before booking kaya hassle-free ang buong trip!

Sino po dito nakakaranas na preggy mommies na kahit simpleng gawaing bahay lang hinihingal agad or pagod agad 6months preggy po ako..

Normal po yung ganyan mommy. Kaya bed rest as much as possible. Medyo iwas din po sa mga mabbigat or msyadong nkkpagod na gawaing bahay to be safe 😊

Yeast Infection

Mga my ask ko lang sana kung sino maka try na dito magkaroon ng yeast Infection? Paano kaya ito mawala?

Hay, yeast infections are super common especially pag stressed, humid, o after antibiotics, nakita ko yan sa maraming mom friends ko dito! Best talaga na makonsulta mo agad ang OB mo because they can prescribe the right cream or meds na safe, lalo na kung breastfeeding ka pa, and hindi siya mawawala on its own kaya important mag-treat agad para comfortable ka na ulit. In the meantime, cotton underwear, dry ka palagi, at iwasan ang douching, pero seryoso, call your doc na para ma-confirm na yeast talaga at di iba, kasi gusto natin mabilis maubos ito!
