Spotting at 4 weeks

May nakaraanas ba dito na magkaspotting ng 4 weeks and 5 days? Umiinom din po ako ng heragest. Every other day po spotting pero hindi malakas #4weeksand5dayspreggy

Ay, alam ko yan ang worry! Honestly, spotting at 4 weeks habang on Heragest is actually pretty common, someone in my mum group had the same thing, spotting every other day pero brief lang, at nag-alala siya ng sobra pero daw ni-explain ng doctor niya na it's the progesterone supplement itself na nag-cause ng light spotting. But since you're on medication talaga, best to mention it sa OB mo on your next check, hindi urgent pang most likely, pero good na i-monitor together with your doctor kasi progesterone doses sometimes need tweaking based on how your body reacts. Stay hydrated, take it easy, at monitor na lang if may changes (if it becomes heavier or may clots).

Progesterone Heragest

This is my 2nd day taking Heragest suppository pero napapagod na ako kasusuksok sa pwerta. Iba talaga pag intake lang. 28 more days. Laban lang para kay baby. Please help me Lord God mas maging okay at stable si baby.

Hello mi. Bakit ka niresetahan nyan ni obgyne mo? May history ka ba ng mc?

Hello mga nanay. Ask ko lang if dapat ko ba ikabahala kasi based on LMP is 9 weeks pregnant pero sa CRL is 6 weeks. Sana may maka enlighten. Huhuhu 😭 #lmp #CRL

Aw, don't worry too much, this is actually super common and honestly, your OB is doing the right thing! So from what I've heard from other mums, kapag may 3-week gap like yours, the ultrasound measurement (CRL) is way more reliable than the LMP, especially kung ang LMP mo ay hindi ka 100% sure or kung nag-ovulate ka ng later than usual (which happens to a lot of us, di ba?). The progesterone is just extra support para sa baby at peace of mind para sa OB, and it's totally normal to prescribe it kahit walang spotting, better safe than sorry with progesterone! The good news is may heartbeat na si baby, so that's a really positive sign, the fact na maliit pa lang lang siya matches perfectly with the 6-week dating from the ultrasound, kaya everything seems aligned actually. My neighbour went through something similar and her OB explained na ang dating ay mag-adjust based sa ultrasound findings, at ang baby niya turned out perfectly fine! That said, definitely ask your OB to explain kung ano talaga ang dating na gagamitin throughout your pregnancy (usually they'll stick with the ultrasound one), at balik-usap ninyo kung comfortable ka sa progesterone plan, pero super worth it na i-follow siya for now. Sending you a hug, mama, alam ko nerve-wracking ito!

Blue doctor pt

Pero first sign na yan, so hoping for the best for you, mommy!

7 weeks pregnant with depression

Hello! Sinong may same case? Pregnant ako, diagnosed with major depressive disorder. Need ko mag take ng mga gamot pero natatakot ako sa magiging side effect sa baby ko sa tyan. Please help. Sinong may same experience?

7 weeks pregnant with depression

Uy, I totally get your worry, yan ang first thing din nag-worry sa akin nung nalaman ko na kailangan ko mag-meds habang pregnant. The thing is, maraming mums na nag-share na ang SSRIs like sertraline (Zoloft) and citalopram ay actually well-studied na for pregnancy, at considered safe ng doctors dito at abroad. May kaibigan akong nag-take throughout her whole pregnancy and her baby came out perfect, walang withdrawal or any issues.

Ok lang po b magwalk?

Every night po ako nagwawalk 30 mins

Thành viên VIP

Oo naman, okay lang! Honestly, 30 mins night walk is actually really good for you, helps with sleep, mood, at di ka masyadong overwhelmed sa parenthood chaos hehe. Just make sure may tama kang lighting or kasama, especially since buntis ka pa (based sa context), pero yung walking mismo sobrang beneficial talaga.

Advisable na bang magpa tvs kapag 4weeks preggy?

Ay, from what I've heard from other mums, TVS at 4 weeks is actually safe, they won't cause miscarriage or anything like that, but marami nag-sasabi na it's a bit early pa to see much on screen, kaya most doctors prefer to wait until 8 weeks or so para may clear picture na.
