Aah, this is something best checked with your gynae to be safe, especially since every pregnancy is different! A few of us in my mum group who stayed active during pregnancy were all given the green light around second trimester, but our doctors had us stick to what we were already doing before, so if you weren't lifting weights before pregnancy, better to wait and ask first. Brisk walking is usually safe from early on, but really la, get your doc's blessing on the dumbbell part especially, just to make sure your cervix and baby are all good with the extra strain.

The best thing is to go get a proper test done at a clinic or pharmacy, sometimes the lines can be tricky to read, and a blood test from a doctor will give you the clearest answer. Aiyoh, that on-off bloating is so common in early pregnancy, especially around 6 weeks, hormones are just going crazy at that stage, and it can come and go like that for weeks. A few of us mums went through the same thing, and honestly one day we'd feel like we're carrying twins, next day flat as a pancake, so don't worry yourself too much! That said, if the bloating comes with pain, spotting, or anything that just doesn't feel right, better check with your doctor just to be safe and put your mind at ease.

Ooh this is a good question! Honestly I'm not 100% sure which minyak angin brands are fully pregnancy-safe, so better check with your doc or midwife first, some have ingredients that might not be ideal during pregnancy. A few of us mums tried ginger candies or peppermint sweets instead for the nausea, and that seemed safer and worked pretty well, but your doctor would know best what's okaylah for your stage of pregnancy.

Ada tak dekat sini scan 8 week terus nampak baby twin? Atau tak nampak twin ? Tahu2 week seterusnya terus ada twin?hihi

Haha I totally get the paranoia! So at 8 weeks usually the sonographer can already spot twins, but honestly it depends on positioning and how clear the scan is lor, a few of my mum friends had scans where one baby was hiding behind the other at first, then surprise! twin revealed a couple weeks later haha. Best is to ask the sonographer to look properly and maybe get a second scan after a week or two if they're not 100% sure, because finding out later is such a shock (in a good way, but still!)

Hi. Anyone had experienced with self abortion? Currently 9w+ pregnant and have mental loads. This is my second baby. 1st born is 1y5m. Husband did not help much and I believe he won’t even the 2nd is born. Ada tak cara yang boleh? Maaf sebab tanya soalan macam ni, sekarang 4.30am. Tak tahu kenapa memang dapat rasa lepas bersalin nanti saya akan depress teruk. #2ndbaby #9weeksPreggy
