6 minggu sakit pinggang, solusi macam mana eh? Kiri tidur tak kena, kanan tak kena

Aiyooo sakit pinggang 6 minggu tu memang tak boleh tahan lah! A few of us mummies had similar issues postpartum and honestly, it's better to check with your doctor or physio sebab boleh jadi positioning during labour or the way you're sitting/feeding la. In the meantime, try a proper pillow when you sleep, I leaned on a body pillow at different angles till I found yang comfortable, and some of my mum friends swear the warm compress or gentle stretches help too, tapi confirm with your doctor first boleh?

Hi mommy, tumpang tanya. Normal ke kalau dh masuk 5week 5days tpi test upt masih tak betul2 terang mcm yg sebelah tu? Sy dh pegi KK utk confirmation pregnant & yes ada. Tpi buat sy keliru & takut sbb xde simptom2 pregnant pn sy ni. Cuma tiap kli bangun pagi n ptg bdn sy akn rse panas. Demam. Nk scan masih awal. Normal ke mcm tu ye?

Sayang, high blood pressure and headaches during pregnancy memang kena pantau closely, this is something you really should discuss with your doctor or midwife soon, especially since you're only 5 weeks in, sebab they need to monitor you properly throughout. A few of us mums in my circle experienced this and our docs gave us specific guidance on what to watch for and when to go in, so don't worry lah, they handle this all the time. Jangan stress yourself out thinking about it, just get an appointment sorted quickly so they can check your BP regularly and make sure baby is safe, okay?

CARSEAT SHOPPE

Hi ibu. nak tanya ada tak ibu yang beli carseat dari shoppe. carseat yang tak ada jenama tu. okay ke ibu?

Aiyoh, safety first lah when it comes to baby in the car! Honestly, I'd rather stick with brands that have proper safety certifications and testing, a few of us mums in the group always check for that, sebab we want to make sure our babies are protected properly in case anything happens on the road. Those no-brand ones from Shopee, honestly susah to verify if they meet safety standards or not, and that's a bit risky for me lah. Better to invest in a trusted brand, maybe check Mothercare, Babyland, or even the bigger brands on Shopee that have proper reviews and certification info. Worth the peace of mind, trust me!
