Saya minum air gula, lepas tuu staff makmal tu lelaki. Masa minum air gula tu dia cakap mcm ini "Macam mana minum air gula? Sedap ka minum air gula? aaa Diana". Lepas tu aku tengok lah staff lelaki ini dia bercakap mcm muka sinsi tu Dan sambil tengok laptop. Kami rasa sesuai ka? Ohhh sayang, high blood pressure masa pregnant ni kena take seriously okay, please jangan delay, jumpa doctor or go to clinic asap, even if rasa okay je sekarang. Better safe than sorry, especially at 13 weeks. I know a few of my mum friends had the same worry, tapi honestly kena monitor closely dengan doctor, cannot self-manage this one. Dia tau what's safe for baby at your stage and what you actually need. Jangan dengar petua internet sangat, okay? Your health and baby's health is priority. Minta urgent appointment and tell them about the high BP already. Sending you strength!

Sakit kepala semasa pregnant 12w

Memang semasa mengandung ni sakit kepala ke? Maklumlah firstime mengandungg😅

Eh memang boleh sakit kepala during pregnancy, especially early stages like you sekarang! A few of my mum friends complained about it jugak around first trimester, hormones, dehydration, and stress semua main a part. Make sure you minum air yang banyak, rest properly, and try paracetamol (which is safe during pregnancy) if it gets bad, tapi do mention to your doctor at your next check-up so they can make sure everything okay, ya. Don't worry, usually it settles down after first trimester!

Alahan dah tiada

Okay je ke alahan mmg dah tiada, dulu ada rasa sakit dekat breast.. sekarang takde.. rasa mcm takde apa2 je sekarang m..normal ke?

Alamak, jangan worried lah, breast tenderness biasanya datang pergi je, especially kalau dah masuk trimester kedua ke ketiga, so yang you're feeling now is quite normal! A few of my mum friends experienced the same thing, rasa macam "eh, hilang?" tapi baby okay je, sometimes the soreness just settles down sebab your body dah adjust. That said, if you're feeling extra worried or ada symptoms lain yang pelik, best check with your gynae just to be safe, okay?

Eh, kalau doctor KK dah kata boleh, that's the safest bet lah! Doctor tu yang tahu condition anak kita best. Thread dan TikTok memang boleh jadi confusing sometimes, different babies, different situations kan. I'd stick with what your KK doc said since dia yang check anak you directly. If you're still worried or kalau ada anything unusual after, just go back and ask again, they won't mind!

False Contraction

Ada tak yang pernah alami false contraction semasa 14 minggu,kenapa ya? Lepastu kandungan ok tak..yang pernah ada pengalaman share2 ya! Tq mommy

Sayang, Braxton Hicks boleh jadi muncul even quite early macam 14 weeks, some of us felt it earlier than expected jugak! Usually it's just your uterus practising contractions, totally normal, takde kena-mengena dengan baby's health. Tapi kalau you're worried or the contractions jadi lebih frequent atau sakit, better check with your doctor just to be safe and get peace of mind, especially kalau ni first pregnancy you Jangan stress la, most of the time kandungan perfectly fine!

Bawah perut rasa x sedap . G scan doc kata muscle stress mcm mane ye.memang masa scan tu nmpk timbul muscle nye . Saya risau . 🥹 Saya baru 16 week 5 hari btw.

Aiyoh don't worry lah, muscle stress during pregnancy is actually quite common especially when your baby is growing, your abdominal muscles are stretching and working hard to support the weight, so that tightness or discomfort you're feeling is pretty normal at your stage! A few of us mums had the same thing and doc said just make sure you're not lifting heavy things, rest when you can, and wear a maternity support belt if it helps ease the pulling sensation. Since your doc already confirmed it's muscle stress during the scan, that's actually reassuring, but definitely mention to your doctor if the pain gets worse or you start spotting, okay? For now try warm compresses and gentle stretching, and honestly most of us found it settled down as we adjusted to pregnancy.

hi korang yg positif gbs+gdm tu nak tanya la.. saya pun baru baru ni doc cakap saya positif gbs skrg 15 weeks pregnant. normal ke sampai ke harini keputihan still warna hijau and cramp. saya risau laa plis advice macam mana nak kurangkan

Sayang, please call your doctor or go to the clinic as soon as possible to check on the green discharge and cramping, those need proper assessment, okay? Don't wait. GBS is manageable but these symptoms need professional eyes on them. A few of my mum friends who were GBS positive said their doctors monitored them closely and gave them antibiotics during labour, so it's very doable, don't stress too much. But for now, please get checked today or tomorrow, yeah? Your peace of mind is important, and the doctor needs to know what's happening with the discharge and cramps. Jangan tahan-tahan, just go get it sorted. You'll feel so much better once you've spoken to them.
