Ham & Peas Couscous

Nguyên liệu

  • 1 chén chicken stock
  • ½ chén dry couscous
  • 1 thìa canh butter
  • 1 nhỏ onion , finely chopped
  • 75 g frozen peas
  • Pinch of sugar
  • Pinch of salt
  • ¼ chén water
  • 30 g diced ham
  • Salt and sugar to taste

Cách làm

  1. In a saucepan, bring chicken stock to a boil. Remove from heat and pour over couscous. Stir, and let sit for about 5 minutes.
  2. Melt the butter in a saucepan over medium heat. Saute the onion until translucent and soft, about 3 minutes. Add the peas, sugar, salt, and water. Lower the heat. Cover and continue to cook for about 3 more minutes.
  3. Using a fork, fluff up the couscous. Stir in the onion and peas mixture, as well as the ham. Season with salt and pepper to taste before serving.
