Nguyên liệu
- 1 chén chicken stock
- ½ chén dry couscous
- 1 thìa canh butter
- 1 nhỏ onion , finely chopped
- 75 g frozen peas
- Pinch of sugar
- Pinch of salt
- ¼ chén water
- 30 g diced ham
- Salt and sugar to taste
Cách làm
- In a saucepan, bring chicken stock to a boil. Remove from heat and pour over couscous. Stir, and let sit for about 5 minutes.
- Melt the butter in a saucepan over medium heat. Saute the onion until translucent and soft, about 3 minutes. Add the peas, sugar, salt, and water. Lower the heat. Cover and continue to cook for about 3 more minutes.
- Using a fork, fluff up the couscous. Stir in the onion and peas mixture, as well as the ham. Season with salt and pepper to taste before serving.
