Easy Tofu Scramble
- 8 oz firm tofu (225 g)
- ¼ tsp salt
- 1/8 tsp black pepper , ground
- ¼ tsp turmeric powder
- Chop the tofu and crumble (fork works best) it into tiny pieces.
- Heat a bit of oil on a skillet. When hot enough, add the tofu and the rest of the ingredients. Stir well and cook on medium high heat for about 7 minutes.
- Serve with toasted bread and top with parsley.
