  • 1 thìa canh olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic , minced
  • 2 chén yellow onion , diced
  • 1 chén celery , diced
  • 1 chén carrot , diced (peeled)
  • 1/2 thìa cà phê sea salt
  • 1 1/2 thìa canh minced fresh ginger (peeled)
  • 4 chén unsalted chicken stock
  • Parsley
  • 1 ¼ chén chicken breast, diced and cooked

Cách làm

  1. 1 tbsp olive oil
  2. 3 cloves garlic, minced
  3. 2 cups diced yellow onion
  4. 1 cup diced celery
  5. 1 cup diced carrot (peeled)
  6. 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
  7. 1 1/2 tablespoons minced fresh ginger (peeled)
  8. 4 cups unsalted chicken stock
  9. parsley, chopped
  10. 1 ¼ cup chicken breast, diced and cooked
  11. In a pot, heat olive oil on medium heat. Add onions and salt. Cook until onions are translucent.
  12. Add garlic and ginger and stir for 30 seconds. Mix in carrots and celery and cook for 5 minutes to or until they soften.
  13. Pour stock and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 5 minutes and add cooked chicken. Continue to simmer until chicken is warmed for 5 minutes.
  14. Add chopped parsley. Check if added seasoning is needed.
  15. Serve hot.
