Nguyên liệu
- ½ vừa ripe banana
- ½ chén 1% milk
- ¼ chén nonfat Greek yogurt
- ½ thìa canh honey
- 1 pitted date , chopped
Cách làm
- Place banana, yogurt, milk and honey in blender, blend until smooth.
- Add in dates
- Continue blending for 2-3 minutes.
- Pour into glass and serve.
