"Zikir Amalan semasa Hendak Bersalin / Sakit Kontraksi / Contraction Pain " Doanya adalah doa Nabi Yunus tatkala berada dalam perut ikan yu atau paus :- “Lailaha ila anta subhanaka inni kuntu minaz zalimin” Maksudnya : “Tiada Tuhan melainkan Engkau (ya Allah)! Maha Suci Engkau (daripada melakukan aniaya, tolongkanlah daku)! Alhamdulillah, thank you for sharing this, sis, doa Nabi Yunus is such a powerful zikir during labour, and I know quite a few of us mums swear by it during contractions because it really brings you back to trusting Allah during those tough moments. The meaning is so comforting lah, especially when you're in pain and feeling overwhelmed, it's like reminding yourself that only He can help you through it. A few of my mum friends had it written on cards they brought to the hospital, and they said reciting it made the pain feel more manageable, not just physically but spiritually too. Such a beautiful reminder that we're never alone in our struggle!
