Is your spouse your best friend? Why or Why not?

My husband is a better best friend than husband lol. We spend most of our day together. We have so much fun together. We make each other laugh so hard. And we have alot in common. He grew up in group homes n stuff so he dosent really know how to " love" in the typical way and it's hard for me to see it when he is trying to be loving. He's not very affectionate and had a hard time sharing his life. He tends to make decisions without me and thinks it's ok to hang out with women Alone. And no that's not necessary a bad thing but after cheating last year it's hard for me to accept him hanging out with other women.
