Yesterday’s talk about our eating habits during this quarantine was very informative. With all the food trends (Dalgona coffee, Baked Sushi, Ube cheese pandesal etc) we can’t help but to try them all. I say, yes we can BUT in moderation. Let’s not forget to also try to eat balanced food meals and exercise especially during the pandemic to boost our immune system and help our body fight all these viruses. Like what Doc Lynn said, “Eat Less, Do more”
