Is this hfmd?

Yesterday my son started showing spots at his feet mouth and hands. Does anyone knows if this is hfmd? I went to the doctor. Doc said its not hfmd. but just rashes.. My son last went to infant care on 24 june. 27 june ifc informed that there is an outbreak of hfmd.
