That said, since the lab dah detect, it's definitely worth follow up with your doctor at the next appointment to check if ada infection or anything else, better safe than sorry when you're pregnant kan. Some mums I know just drank more plain water, avoided too much salty stuff, and made sure they didn't hold urine too long, which helped.
