23 hari lambat period

Sayang, 23 hari lambat tapi UPT negative memang confusing kan, a few of my mum friends went through the same thing, and honestly stress, weight changes, hormonal imbalance, atau bahkan irregular cycles bisa sebab ni. Kang tapi kalau dah lambat macam tu, better la gi jumpa doctor untuk check properly, maybe they'll do a blood test or ultrasound to see what's going on, sebab UPT sometimes boleh negative early pa. Jangan worry dulu, plenty of reasons why periods boleh skip, tapi doctor ni yang boleh determine exactly what's happening okay?
