Cold and sweaty feet sa babies are usually normal, pwede ring sign lang ng normal body temperature regulation nila, lalo na if the room is warm or swaddled siya ng maayos, pero since concern mo talaga, best to bring it up sa pediatrician mo during the next check-up para mapakita mo kung normal lang or may need mag-adjust kayo sa clothing/room temp, okay? A few of us mum friends had the same worry dati with our 4-month-olds and it turned out nothing to stress about, but peace of mind is priceless, so ask your doc nalang to be sure.
